Facing the new situation, "plan" put forward to the quality and the efficiency, improve the logistics industry standardization, information, intelligence, intensive level, to improve overall economic efficiency and effectiveness, foster new advantages of logistics industry competition.
"Planning" put forward the logistics industry development goals, that is, by 2020, the basic establishment of a reasonable layout, advanced technology, convenient and efficient, green, environmental protection, safety and orderly modern logistics service system. The added value of the logistics industry has increased by an average annual rate of about 8%, accounting for about 7.5% of the gdp. The ratio of the total logistics cost of the whole society to the gross domestic product decreased from 18% in 2013 to about 16%.
Planning puts forward the key point of the development of logistics industry in the next few years, that is, to reduce the logistics cost, to improve the scale and intensive level of logistics enterprises, and to strengthen the construction of logistics infrastructure network.
"Planning" clearly defined the twelve key projects in the development of the logistics industry.
